Taurian High Frequency screens utilize high-speed vibration, directly induced to the screen media, allowing for increased stratification and material separation. The directly-induced vibration improves screen efficiency at high production rates compared to conventional screens. A unique rotary tensioning system provides the quickest screen media changes in the market, up to 50 percent faster than competitive models. Our high frequency screens offer ideal gradation control for reclaiming fines in both wet and dry applications.
Taurian High Frequency screens offer a wide range of applications including crushed sand, natural sand with high ultrafines and clay content. The robust machinery comes a heavy duty double deck high frequency screen, has adjustable angles and operates noiseless due to its simple vibro motor drive mechanism. Powered at 3500 rpm and made with end tensioned stainless steel/carbon steel wire meshes, these machines are suitable to process m-sand or p-sand and have independent rotary screen tensioners per deck.
