Taurian Grizzly Feeders are equipped with two sections- a Pan section that receives the material from dump trucks and a Top deck Grizzly Bar, that separate fines from the feed going in to the jaw crusher. These machineries are designed to save wear and power draw of the jaw crusher, and at the same time increase the capacity of the primary plant. The Pan section is constructed with replaceable top layer of abrasion resistant steel plate bolted to the mother body. A wire cloth is provided below the grizzly bars to separate the quarry fines and muck coming along the feed to the plant.
Taurian Grizzly feeders have simple to use, easy to operate Unbalanced Mass Vibrating motors of reputed Indian/ European makes. The Feed Rate can be easily altered by changing the settings of the unbalanced mass motor; or with a variable frequency drive (VFD – recommended option).
