Geological Setting – Quartzite and Hard Rock Belts of Chomu

Chomu lies in a mineral-rich zone comprising dense quartzite, hard sandstone, and gneissic formations—ideal for road and concrete-grade aggregates. However, these materials are extremely abrasive, require multiple levels of crushing, and produce significant fines. A single-stage or two-stage setup is insufficient in such conditions to ensure both shape correction and fines management.
