Wide Range of Jaw Plates

A wide range of jaw plate options—such as Quarry, Super Teeth, and Anti-Slab—allow the TJ Jaw Crusher to be tailored for specific applications. All plates are fully interchangeable between fixed and moving jaws and are reversible, enabling operators to flip them once one side wears out. This not only simplifies inventory management but also significantly extends wear life, offering exceptional operational flexibility and substantial long-term cost savings.

TJ Series™ eccentric shaft is the real workhorse

The Taurian TJ Series™ features a high-strength alloy steel eccentric shaft, engineered for durability under constant load. Heavy-duty bearings support smooth elliptical motion for powerful crushing. Its balanced design reduces vibration, while the flywheel system ensures stable operation, efficient energy transfer, and long-lasting performance in primary crushing applications.

Bolted body for unmatched durability and stress control

The Taurian TJ Jaw Crusher uses a rugged bolted body design for enhanced strength and serviceability. Wedge assembly system for closed side setting (CSS) adjustments

Taurian Jaw Crushers come equipped with a quick and user-friendly wedge assembly for closed side setting (CSS) adjustments—eliminating the need for traditional shims. For enhanced convenience, an optional hydraulic power pack enables push-button CSS control, allowing for precise, fast adjustments to maximize crusher performance and productivity.
