What We Offer

Taurian Cluster Cyclones provide a flexible, high-capacity solution for slurry classification across aggregate, M-Sand and mineral processing applications. Multiple hydrocyclones operate through a common feed system to maintain balanced slurry distribution and consistent separation, while the modular arrangement allows individual cyclones to be isolated or brought online as throughput requirements change. Optimized Feed Entry

Guides slurry into the cyclone at a controlled angle and velocity, helping establish stable vortex formation while reducing turbulence, inlet impact and localized wear.

Controlled Flow Through the Cone

The tapered cone guides rotating slurry smoothly toward the apex, maintaining flow velocity while reducing turbulence and localized wall impact for stable particle separation.

Why the Inlet Shape Matters

The curved inlet guides slurry smoothly into the cyclone, reducing abrupt wall impact and turbulence while supporting stable rotational flow, consistent classification and improved wear life.
