Product Features

Ideal for washed M-sand and P-sand production

Controlled Material Blending

The Taurian TWS Cycloscreen™ features a front discharge chute with four adjustable flop gates connected to the top and middle screen decks. These gates allow selected material fractions to be blended or directed through the discharge path, providing better control over final product grading and helping meet different sand specifications.

Quick and Stable Site Setup

The Taurian TWS Cycloscreen™ is equipped with hydraulic levelling legs that help position and stabilise the mobile plant on uneven ground. Each leg can be adjusted to achieve proper machine alignment, support balanced load distribution, and reduce installation time before operation.

Flexible Material Discharge and Cleaner Belt Operation

The reversible cross conveyors allow screened material to be discharged from either side of the Cycloscreen, giving greater flexibility in stockpile arrangement and site layout. Integrated belt scrapers help remove material carryback from the conveyor surface, supporting cleaner operation, reduced spillage, and easier maintenance around the plant.

Smooth Material Transfer to the Washing Screen

The heavy-duty feed chute guides incoming material evenly onto the Cycloscreen, helping maintain controlled distribution across the screening surface. Its enclosed side plates reduce spillage, while the accessible platform and safety handrails support convenient inspection, adjustment, and routine maintenance around the feeding and screening section.
