The Role

The Head – Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development roadmap, and lifecycle management across the organization’s core product portfolio. This leadership role involves close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of innovative, market-ready solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technical acumen, along with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to post-launch enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and features.
  • Oversee prioritization, planning, and execution of product releases in coordination with development teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Represent product management in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Mentor and lead a team of product managers and associates.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing successful products in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Experience working closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
  • Prior exposure to capital equipment, engineering solutions, or manufacturing-driven environments preferred.
