Sales/Cluster Manager

The Role

The Sales / Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations across a defined territory or multiple states, focusing on the crushing and screening equipment segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record within peer group companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong regional presence, client relationships, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve consistent business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams across assigned locations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth vision in the crushing and screening equipment industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively generate new business opportunities through channel partners and direct sales.
• Conduct regular reviews of sales funnels, territory performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the technical, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
• Travel 15–20 days per month within the region to meet clients, visit sites, and support field teams.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline (Mandatory).
• Experience:Sales of crushing and screening equipment.
• Must have worked with top peer group companies such as:
• MNCs: Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Keestrack, Weir Minerals, CDE Asia
• Indian OEMs: Propel, Puzzolana, Hailstone, Proman, Rockcut, Diamond, Rolljack, Apollo, RD Infra, MB Crushers, Mechtech, Core Crushers
• Dealers/Distributors: Voltas, Constech Heavy, Fine Equipments, Mewar Hitech, SMPPL, Vak Cosequip, Aim Sales & Service
