Senior Hydraulic Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hydraulic Manager to oversee the hydraulic systems used in crushing and screening equipment. The candidate will be responsible for hydraulic system maintenance, troubleshooting, design improvements, and ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise hydraulic systems used in crushing and screening plants.
• Diagnose and resolve hydraulic failures related to pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Review and optimize hydraulic circuits and system performance.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for hydraulic upgrades and modifications.
• Lead and guide hydraulic technicians and service engineers.
• Ensure availability of hydraulic spare parts and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation of hydraulic systems, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Ensure all hydraulic operations follow safety standards and company procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuits and components.
• Experience in crushing plants or heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team leadership and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Crushing & Screening Plants, Mining Equipment, Construction Equipment, or Heavy Machinery Industry will be preferred.
