Hydraulic Cylinders for Clamping and Clearing

The CM Series™ is equipped with robust hydraulic cylinders for reliable clamping of the bowl and rapid chamber clearing. This enables faster maintenance, reduced downtime, and safer operations—especially during tramp iron release or routine liner replacement in high-duty crushing environments.

Hydraulic Motor for Bowl Rotation

A powerful hydraulic motor rotates the bowl for CSS adjustment—allowing fine control over output size without stopping the crusher. This also enables quick liner changes and resetting after tramp events.

Easy Maintenance with Hydraulic Bowl Rotation

CM Cone features a hydraulically driven bowl rotation system, allowing quick and safe adjustment or removal of the bowl and mantle liners. This design significantly reduces maintenance time, enhances safety, and simplifies liner replacement during routine service or wear part changes.

Labyrinth Seals
