Non-Bolted, Fully Welded Body

The TJF Series™ Jaw features a non-bolted, fully welded body that offers superior structural rigidity and fatigue resistance. This monolithic design eliminates bolted joints, minimizing stress concentrations and vibration-related failures—making it ideal for high-impact, continuous-duty applications in mining, aggregates, and hard rock primary crushing.

Deep Crushing Chamber

Easy CSS Adjustment

Equipped with mechanical or optional hydraulic wedge adjustment for changing the Closed Side Setting (CSS) quickly and accurately—minimizing downtime and enabling product size control on the fly.
