TWS Cyclobucket™

The Cyclobucket is equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive for precise control of bucket wheel speed. This allows fine-tuning of retention time, improving dewatering efficiency, sand recovery, and adaptability to varying feed conditions.

The Cyclobucket features a twin hydrocyclone system to efficiently classify and recover fine particles from slurry overflow. This dual-stage arrangement enhances separation accuracy, increases yield, and ensures consistent performance even with fluctuating feed loads.

Designed to ensure smooth, regulated flow of material through its rotating mechanism. This controlled discharge minimizes spillage, maintains consistent feed rates, and ensures uniform delivery to downstream equipment, even under variable operating conditions or material loads.

The Taurian Dewatering Screen is powered by heavy-duty vibrating motors that generate high G-force linear motion, ensuring rapid drainage and material stratification—ideal for reducing moisture content in sand, fines, and slurry-based feed.
