The Taurian TWS Cycloswift™ is a compact, high-efficiency washing system that removes ultra-fines and moisture using single hydrocyclone, heavy-duty pumps, and precision screens. Designed for consistent, spec-grade sand with minimal loss, it comes in modular capacities from 70 to 200 TPH.

What We Offer

The Cycloswift™ series includes four models—TWS 70, 100, 150, and 200—handling up to 200 TPH. Each system features rubber-lined pumps, HDPE-lined hydrocyclones, sump tanks, and dewatering screens. Mounted on galvanized chassis with safe access, they offer quick setup, low maintenance, and reliable performance for mining, quarrying, and sand applications.

Cycloswift™ offers a selection of wear-resistant liners—rubber, ceramic, or polyurethane—inside the hydrocyclone, allowing users to tailor the system to their material type, abrasion level, and desired wear life.

Designed to ensure smooth, regulated flow of material through its rotating mechanism. This controlled discharge minimizes spillage, maintains consistent feed rates, and ensures uniform delivery to downstream equipment, even under variable operating conditions or material loads.

High-Frequency Dewatering Screen

It efficiently removes moisture from recovered sand, producing cleaner, drier output and the vibratory motors typically operate at 1800 – 2000 RPM, ensuring rapid dewatering and tight material retention.
