TWS Cyclotwin™

Cyclotwin™ features a modular hydrocyclone design with replaceable wear components—vortex finder, cone sections, and spigot—all easily assembled or swapped in the field. This reduces downtime, simplifies maintenance, and ensures cost-effective long-term operation.

Cyclotwin™ offers a selection of wear-resistant liners—rubber, ceramic, or polyurethane—inside the hydrocyclone, allowing users to tailor the system to their material type, abrasion level, and desired wear life.

Designed to ensure smooth, regulated flow of material through its rotating mechanism. This controlled discharge minimizes spillage, maintains consistent feed rates, and ensures uniform delivery to downstream equipment, even under variable operating conditions or material loads.

Cyclotwin™ is equipped with a high-frequency dewatering screen that efficiently removes moisture from recovered sand, producing cleaner, drier output that’s ready for stockpiling or further processing.
