Taurian Roll Crushers are specifically designed on High Pressure Grinding Rollers (HPGR) technology to meet the needs of quaternary/ tertiary fine crushing applications – be it to produce concrete/ asphalt fine aggregates or high quality Manufactured Sand (m-sand), irrespective of hardness of rocks.
Taurian Roll Crushers are designed to handle the primary, secondary and tertiary stage, easily crushing hard rocks and maximizing fine crushing, thus m-sand production. One of the most widely used crushers in the mining industry, these power-packed machineries have numerous advantages, like Less recirculation load, Very High Reduction on Ratio, Lowest gap setting for any type of Crushers, Sustainable Setting, Grease Lubrication and more. It is equipped with an acculator to relieve sudden jerk loads and it is designed for easy replacement of rollers at site.
The simplified design gives these units excellent reliability and requires very little maintenance. Our Roll Crushers are designed with built-in tramp relief that allows for the passing of uncrushable materials while continuing operation and returning to the initial product setting.
