Spiral Classifier

The Spiral Classifier in the CycloWash™ system features a helical screw rotating at 8–20 RPM, which ensures efficient fines recovery and particle separation during wet processing. It includes abrasion-resistant flights for extended durability and adjustable overflow weirs that allow precise control over slurry classification. Designed for high efficiency, it delivers moisture content of less than 10%, making it ideal for sand dewatering and mineral beneficiation. Built for rugged, continuous use, this classifier is available with or without an integrated dewatering screen, depending on the application.

The Dewatering Screen operates with high-frequency vibration (1000–3000 RPM) and a 5–10° deck angle to enable efficient water removal and fine material recovery. It uses PU or wedge wire media to reduce final moisture by up to 85–90%, ensuring clean and dry sand. The inclusion of dual-shaft exciters ensures stable performance, while heavy-duty side plates support long-term reliability with minimal maintenance—making it ideal for use in aggregate and mining operations.

The Bucket Wheel features a low-speed rotating mechanism (1–5 RPM) that gently recovers fine particles with the help of abrasion-resistant buckets. It consistently achieves moisture content as low as 12%, producing a ready-to-use sand product. Its adjustable weir height accommodates varying feed conditions, and the high-tensile construction ensures long-lasting durability even in harsh industrial environments.
