The Wheeler Hyperscreen is designed for fast and efficient mobility. Its compact structure and integrated axle system allow for quick setup and easy transport between job sites, minimizing downtime and making it ideal for dynamic screening operations across multiple locations.

The mechanical locking mechanism holds the screen deck open during maintenance without drawing any power from the screen’s operation. It uses pivoting arms and quick pins for safe, tool-free access—ensuring safety and efficiency without affecting the machine’s electrical load.

The Taurian HFS operates at steep angles between 35° and 45°, enhancing material stratification and accelerating moisture removal—ideal for fine screening applications requiring precision sizing, faster drainage, and improved throughput in compact layouts.

The HFS is equipped with a self-distribution plate that ensures uniform material flow across the entire screen width. This promotes consistent stratification, prevents overloading in localized zones, and maximizes screening efficiency and throughput across all decks.

Hyperscreen is equipped with precision-engineered rockers that stabilize screen motion and absorb operational stress. This ensures consistent high-frequency vibration, reduces structural fatigue, and enhances screening efficiency across continuous-duty, fine material applications.

It uses ratchet tensioners for quick, tool-less tightening of screen panels. This ensures uniform tensioning, minimizes downtime during deck changes, and maintains optimal screening accuracy even under high-frequency vibration conditions.
