From Application to Selection

  • Initial Interview

    Once we receive your application, our team reviews it to assess fit. If there’s a match, we’ll contact you for a phone interview, where you can share your story and learn more about the role and company.

  • Assessments

    After a successful phone interview, you may be invited for an in-person round at Taurian. Before that, we may share online assessments. Later stages usually include interviews with the hiring manager, HR, and team members to give you a clear view of the role.

  • The Final Decision

    If selected, we’ll contact you with an offer and guide you through the next steps to join Taurian. If not, we’ll provide respectful, honest feedback over a call, ensuring you have a chance to ask questions and feel valued throughout the process.
