Application Process

Our procurement professionals worldwide carefully evaluate and select suppliers through a standardized approval process. We are committed to maintaining consistency in supplier evaluation, ensuring alignment with Taurian’s quality, reliability, and operational standards.

  • Initial Contact

    Suppliers can initiate engagement by sharing their company profile, certifications, and product portfolio with our procurement team for preliminary review.

  • Taurian MPS Evaluation

    Our team assesses the supplier’s capabilities based on quality standards, manufacturing capacity, past performance, and compliance to ensure alignment with Taurian’s operational requirements.

Registration Process

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ)

    At this stage, Taurian provides detailed specifications for the required products or services, along with relevant terms and conditions. Suppliers are expected to submit competitive proposals that meet our technical and commercial requirements.

  • Trial Order

    Taurian may issue a trial order to evaluate the supplier’s product quality, delivery timelines, and overall service performance. This step ensures that suppliers meet our standards before establishing a long-term partnership.

  • Issue of – Approved Supplier

    Once approved, suppliers gain the designation to provide products and services across all Taurian entities worldwide. As a part of our global supply chain, approved suppliers benefit from expanded business opportunities and long-term collaboration with Taurian.

Know Your Supplier (KYC) at Taurian

At Taurian, we prioritize building strong, reliable, and transparent relationships with our suppliers. To ensure compliance, integrity, and seamless collaboration, we conduct a Know Your Supplier (KYC) process as a mandatory step before onboarding any new supplier into our network.

KYC Process at Taurian
  • Supplier Registration – Submission of required documents and business details.
  • Verification & Assessment – Our procurement and compliance teams review the information provided.
  • Approval & Onboarding – Once verified, the supplier is formally integrated into Taurian’s global supply chain.

As part of the KYC process, suppliers must submit essential documents, including but not limited to:

  • Company Registration Certificate – Proof of legal existence.
  • Tax Identification Number (GST, PAN, VAT, etc.) – For tax compliance.
  • Bank Details – For secure financial transactions.
  • Financial Statements – To assess financial health and stability.
  • Quality Certifications (ISO, CE, etc.) – Ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • References & Past Performance Records – Demonstrating experience and reliability.
