The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Jr. Sales Manager to support sales and business development for crushing and screening equipment in the Uttarakhand region. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, supporting key accounts, and assisting in achieving sales targets in the mining, quarry, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in mining, quarry, infrastructure, and construction projects.
  • Promote and sell crushing and screening equipment, plants, and related solutions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and key clients in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations when required.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and negotiations with customers.
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, proposals, and order closures.
  • Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
  • Prepare sales reports, updates, and market feedback for management review.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the region.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of crushing and screening equipment or mining machinery.
  • Good sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Uttarakhand.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Crushing & Screening Plants, Mining Equipment, Construction Equipment, or Heavy Machinery Industry will be preferred.
