Featuring a double- or triple-deck configuration with aggressive throw and adjustable amplitude, it efficiently separates coarse material and protects downstream crushers from oversize loading.

This Scalper features a reinforced feed hopper with a foldable rear wall for efficient loading, even at low feed heights. Hydraulic control enables safe ground-level folding and locking of side walls, while KRS-lined wear plates protect against highly abrasive materials.

Modular Screen Options with Adjustable Angles

The Terratrak™ Scalper offers a wide selection of screen media and modular deck configurations. With an adjustable screen angle (12.5°–17°) and optional banana profile lower deck, it ensures optimal material flow, screening efficiency, and finished product quality—even with challenging feed conditions.

With a 1600 mm wide main discharge conveyor, stepless belt speed control, and generous screen deck transfer zones, the Terratrak™ Scalper maximizes throughput. It offers easy conversion from 3 to 2 final sizes, stockpile sensor integration, inter-unit process coupling, and hydraulic ports for auxiliary conveyors.

Hydraulic Folding for Rapid Setup

The Scalper Screen features hydraulic folding of conveyors, hopper walls, and support structures—enabling quick setup, compact transport dimensions, and fast relocation. Designed for dynamic operations, it minimizes downtime between sites while ensuring safety and ease of deployment, even in constrained or rugged environments.
