The Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive from the crushing and screening / mining / aggregates industry to drive equipment and plant solution sales. The role involves client acquisition, site visits, technical discussions, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for crushing and screening equipment and plant solutions
  • Identify opportunities in mining, quarry, infrastructure, and construction sectors
  • Meet customers, understand application requirements, and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with application and technical teams for equipment selection
  • Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and follow-ups
  • Conduct site visits and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Coordinate order execution, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
  • Provide after-sales support and customer retention
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–6 years of experience in crushing & screening / mining / heavy equipment sales
  • Knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, and plant solutions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B industrial sales and field visits
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred:

  • Existing network in quarry / mining industry
  • Experience in capital equipment sales
  • Understanding of plant capacity and technical discussions
  • Local market knowledge
