Application Engineer – Crushing & Screening

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer from the crushing and screening equipment background to support product selection, plant solutions, and customer technical requirements. The role involves site understanding, application design, and coordination with sales and project teams for successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Study customer requirements for crushing and screening plants
• Recommend suitable equipment (crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, etc.)
• Prepare plant layouts, flow sheets, and technical proposals
• Support sales team during technical discussions and client presentations
• Conduct site visits to understand material characteristics and production needs
• Assist in equipment selection, sizing, and process optimization
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and application reports
• Provide after-sales technical support and performance improvement suggestions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in crushing & screening / mining / aggregates industry
• Strong knowledge of crushers (Jaw, Cone, VSI), screens, and plant processes
• Understanding of material flow, capacity calculation, and plant layouts
• Ability to read engineering drawings and prepare technical documents
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Willingness to travel for site visits

Preferred

• Experience in turnkey plant projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / plant design software
• Exposure to commissioning and troubleshooting
• Experience working with quarry, mining, or infrastructure projects
