The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to manage sales operations and business development for crushing and screening equipment in the Rajasthan region. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the mining, quarry, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in mining, quarry, construction, and infrastructure projects.
  • Promote and sell crushing and screening equipment, plants, and related solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and key customers in the region.
  • Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations for customers.
  • Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
  • Travel across Rajasthan to meet customers and support sales activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment or heavy machinery industry.
  • Good sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle key accounts and large projects in mining and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Crushing & Screening Plants, Mining Equipment, Construction Equipment, or Heavy Engineering Industry will be preferred.
